Who is eligible to apply?
Applicants must be nationals of eligible DAC countries, hold an Oxford undergraduate offer, show highest academic ability, financial need and social commitment, and normally intend to return home after study.
Around 2–3 awards are available each year. Applicants must first receive an Oxford offer before scholarship consideration.
